>BP Gasoline Theft 95mm I-75 in Madison County

(RICHMOND, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7, Richmond, has charged two suspects in the August 12th, 2007 theft of approximately 500 gallons of gasoline from a BP Station at the 95 exit of I-75, North of Richmond. The suspects used special equipment concealed in a horse trailer to siphon the gasoline from the underground storage tank of the BP Station. The suspects were identified through video surveillence. The suspects are lodged in the Madison County Detention Center. The investigation by Trooper John Felder is ongoing.
