Boating Accident - Kincaid Lake, Pendleton County

(Dry Ridge, KY) - At about 3:20 PM, Pendleton County Dispatch received information about an overturned boat on Kincaid Lake. Preliminary information indicates that the boat was occupied by two (2) white males.

One was 25 years-of-age and the second was 17 years-of-age, both residing in Pendleton County. After the boat overturned, the 17 year-old male was able to swim to safety, but the 25 year-old male is still missing.

Pendleton County Fire/Rescue/EMS and Grant County Water Rescue are on scene and are being assisted by the Kentucky State Police, Pendleton County Sheriff's Department and Kentucky Fish and Wildlife.
