Oldham County Grand Jury Indicts Goshen, KY Man on Sex Charges

(Campbellsburg, KY)- On May 24th, 2007, the Oldham County Grand Jury sent down 30 indictments on a Goshen, Ky, man. Lonnie Tincher, Jr., a white male, age 65, has been indicted for sex crimes against a child. The indictment stems from a sexual abuse complaint that was received by the Oldham County Cabinet for Children and Families, back in April 2007. KSP Det. Kevin Johnson assisted on the investigation, which led him to arrest Tincher, on April 9th, 2007. Tinchers original charges were;
- Sexual Abuse-2nd degree-(Victim under 14 yrs old)
- Sodomy-2nd degree-(Victim under 14 yrs old)
- Sexual Misconduct
The indictments handed down today are;
- 1 count of Sodomy-1st degree-(Victim under 12 yrs old)-Class A Felony
- 3 counts of Sodomy-2nd degree-(Victim under 14 yrs old)-Class C Felonies
- 26 counts of Sexual Abuse-1st degree-Class D Felonies
Tincher remains in the Oldham County Jail, on $ 25,000.00 cash bond.
