Fatal Crash on I-65 in Larue County

(Elizabethtown, KY) - Michael J. Guerra was driving a 2001 Saab & was traveling southbound on I-65. Mr. Guerra's vehicle drifted into the median. Mr. Guerra overcorrected and left the roadway, striking a ditch. The vehicle overturned and Mr. Guerra was partially ejected. Mr. Guerra was pronounced deceased by the Larue County Coroner at the scene. A 14 year old juvenile was admitted to the Hardin Memorial Hospital.
