Criminal Abuse 1st Investigation in Hart County

Date of News Release: 12/26/2007

(Bowling Green, KY) - On 12/20/2007 KSP Post 3 received a complaint from Hart County Protection and Permanency reference 4 month old child being seen at TJ Samson Hospital. The child had a skull fracture and bleeding on the brain. The child was flown to Kosair's Childrens Hospital where he underwent surgery. Kentucky State Police are looking into the possibility of foul play. Investigation continues.
