Vehicle Fire on I-65 in Warren County

(Bowling Green) - Kentucky State Police received a call of a tractor-trailer on fire at the 42 Mile-Maker on I-65 in Warren County. Information was received the trailer was a car hauler and was loaded with 8 vehicles. As a result of the fire, all 3 lanes of I-65 were completely shut down at the 42mm. One lane of the roadway was open shortly after units arrived and all 3 lanes were opened about 2 hours later. There were no injuries and the truck was unaffected by the fire on the trailer. A blowout on the trailer was the cause for the fire.
