Fatal Collison on I-65 in Hart County

(Bowling Green) - David Antonio was traveling northbound on Interstate 65 and Dennis Aman, Jack Durbin and John Harvey were all traveling southbound on the Interstate. Mr. Antonio's vehicle exited the left side of the roadway and entered the median. Mr. Antonio's vehicle traveled through the median and entered the southbound lanes. As Mr. Antonio's vehicle entered the southbound lanes, he went airborne and struck the top of Mr. Aman's vehicle. As Mr. Antonio's vehicle traveled over Mr. Aman's vehicle he was struck by Mr. Durbin's vehicle. After being struck by Mr. Durbin's vehicle, Mr. Antonio's vehicle was struck by Mr. Harvey's vehicle in the passenger side. Mr. Antonio's vehicle came to a final rest in the southbound lanes facing northeast. Mr. Aman's vehicle came to a final rest in the median facing southeast. Mr. Durbin's vehicle came to a final rest in the median facing south. Mr. Harvey's vehicle pulled his vehicle into the southbound emergency lane and stopped. Mr. Dennis Aman was pronounced deceased at the scene by Hart County Coroner Jeff Roten. All other persons involved were treated by Hart County EMS, but were not transported to the hospital.
