Criminal Arrest in Warren County

(Bowling Green) - Unit responded to an injury accident involving Tommy Roberts. Upon Troopers arrival, Mr. Roberts fled on foot into a wooded area. Unit pursued the subject into the woods where Mr. Roberts was located. Mr. Roberts resisted arrest and attempted to strike Trooper Lanham. Mr. Roberts was taken into custody by Trooper Lanham and transported to the Medical Center in Bowling Green. Mr. Roberts was treated and released for minor injuries from the vehicle collision and was lodged in the Warren County Jail. Mr. Roberts was charged with Assault 3rd-Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief 3rd, DUI 2nd, No Insurance, Fleeing or Evading Police 1st.
