Video Voyeurism Investigation and Arrest in Barren County

Date of News Release: 09/15/2007

(Bowling Green) - Mr. Danny Delph took a picture off of an undisclosed school faculty website and altered the victim's picture in an obscene way and sent the altered picture to Mr Frankie Shane Ford. Mr Ford then sent the altered picture to various news agencies as well as the victim's employer. The above two subjects were charged with Video Voyeurism. The investigation is ongoing.
