Fatal Crash on I-65 in Simpson County

(Bowling Green) - Fate Herd III was northbound on Interstate 65 in the left-hand lane and struck a concrete median which ignited the tractor and trailer. Fate Herd III's vehicle went off the right hand shoulder of the roadway fully engulfed. Fate Herd III was able to exit the vehicle. Fate Herd III was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital. Fate Herd III was pronounced deceased this date by Vanderbilt Medical Facility.
