Update to Fugitive Apprehension in Warren County

(Bowling Green, KY) - Indictment warrants were served on Marion D Yarbrough for the following charges: Unlawful Transaction With a Minor 1st Degree (10 counts), Sodomy 3rd Degree (4 counts), Rape 3rd Degree (6 counts), Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree. Yarbrough continues to be lodged in the Warren County Jail.

(Bowling Green, KY) - KSP received information in regard to fugitive Marion D. Yarbrough. Subject was wanted by Louisville Metro for Rape 2nd. Marion Yarbrough was located and arrested without incident in Bowling Green. Upon further investigation Yarbrough was found to be in the company of a missing female juvenile from Miami, Florida. Yarbrough was arrested for Rape 2nd charges from Louisville Metro and also charged with Rape 3rd (7 counts), Unlawful Transaction With a Minor (7 counts). Investigation continues.
