(Bowling Green) --On May 10, 2007 at approximately 1830 hours, Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Miami office contacted Special Agent Dick Glenn from the Bowling Green office to inform him of a possible child endangerment case. Miami Agents advised Glenn that a 15 year old female juvenile was missing from their area and is believed to be in the Bowling Green area with an adult male who had allegedly lured her to Bowling Green over the internet. FBI Agents contacted the Kentucky State Police in an attempt to locate the juvenile.

KSP Detective Greg Dukes and units of the Bowling Green Police Department located the juvenile at a Lynnwood Way residence in Bowling Green. Detective Dukes transported the juvenile to the State Police Post where she stated that she had been in contact with Marion D. Yarbrough for several weeks via the Internet. The juvenile stated that Yarbrough had told her that he had just turned 21 years old and that he would send her a bus ticket so that they could meet. The juvenile traveled from Miami to Nashville, TN where Yarbrough allegedly picked her up and transported her across State lines to Bowling Green. The juvenile stated when they arrived in Bowling Green, Yarbrough allegedly raped her. Commonwealth's Attorney Chris Cohron was contacted and charges against Yarbrough were formulated. Currently the juvenile is in the custody of the Commonwealth and the Department Child Protection Services, until transportation back to Miami can take place.

Yarbrough was a passenger in a vehicle that arrived at Lynnwood Way while authorities were speaking with the residents. Yarbrough alledgedly exited the vehicle and left the area. Officer Ernie Steff, K-9 Unit of the Bowling Green Police Department and other officers initiated a search of the area and located Yarbrough near the Lost River Cave.
