Felony Arrest in Hart County

Date of News Release: 04/13/2007

(Bowling Green) - After further investigation of collision statements from the accident that occurred on I-65 04/08/2007 additional charges have been filed on Richard Clark. Mr. Clark has been charged with Criminal Mischief 1st and Wanton Endangerment 1st.
