Assault Investigation in Butler County

(Bowling Green) - On March 14, 2007 at 2334 hours KSP received a complaint at 2620 Rochester Road in Butler County where Abraham Gaspar had allegedly assaulted his girlfriend & the couple's 2 month old child.

The child was transported to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville where she is in ICU listed in good condition. The female, Amanda Sanchez, was treated for a broken nose & was released.

Responding units were unable to locate Abraham Perez Gaspar. Trooper Daren Phelps, Unit 634 has obtained warrants for Assault 1st degree, Assault 4th degree, & Terroristic Threatening. Investigation continues.
