A Boonieville Man Arrested on Several Charges

Date of News Release: 02/24/2007

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Kentucky State Police received a complaint of alleged sexual abuse. Upon investigation Eric Lee Devore was arrested & charged with Possession Of Handgun By Convicted Felon, (3 Counts) Use Of Minor Under 16 Years In A Sexual Performance, (2 Counts) Rape 2nd Degree, Possession Of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance By A Minor 1st Offense . He was lodged in Hart County Jail. The investigation is on going by the Kentucky State Police.
