Injury Crash on I-65 in Barren County

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Rodney B. Wells Jr. was traveling Northbound on I65 at the 47mm. Rodney B. Wells Jr. began to slow for traffic that was stopped northbound for another accident. Richard A Knapp II was unable to stop in time and struck Rodney B. Wells Jr. in the rear. This collision started a multi vehicle accident involving three tractor-trailers and three passenger vehicles. Rodney B. Wells Jr. and passenger were taken to The Medical Center in Bowling Green and admitted. Peggy H. Brown was flown by Stat Care to University of Louisville Hospital where she is listed in critical condition.
