Felony Arrest on I-65 in Hart County

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Kentucky State Police Bowling Green received a complaint of a stranded motorist along I-65 NB 73 mm. Upon Trooper Biven's arrival he discovered the driver (Ball) appeared to be under the influence. After a consent to search of the vehicle was given, several different narcotics were found.

The driver, Justin Wright Age 18 of Goodlettsville, TN was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Date Rape Drug 1st offense 1st Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container

The passenger, Corinne Ball Age 19 of Goodlettsville, Tn was charged with DUI 1st; Possession of Controlled Substance Date Rape Drug 1st offense 1st Degree; Possession of Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container

Both Justin Wright and Corinne Ball were lodged in the Hart County Jail.
