Injury Collision on KY 254 in Hopkins County

Madisonville, KY - Mr. Kelly Cosby was traveling eastbound on KY 254, or Brown Road, when his vision became blurry for an unknown reason. His vehicle drifted off of the south edge of the roadway and struck a concrete culvert. The impact caused the vehicle to become airborne for a short distance. Upon landing, the vehicle sustained moderate damage and came to a final rest off the roadway. Mr. Cosby sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision and was transported to Regional Medical Center for treatment.
