Fatal Collision on KY 139 in Caldwell County

Date of News Release: 10/31/2007

(Caldwell County) - Mr. Edward D. Ladd was traveling northbound on KY 139 and struck a disc being pulled by a tractor traveling southbound. Mr. Ladd exited the left side of the roadway, striking a tree and was ejected from the vehicle. Princeton Fire and Rescue, Farmersville Fire Department, and Caldwell County Sheriff's Department assisted with point control. Mr. Ladd was transported by Caldwell County EMS to Caldwell County Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
