Non-Injury Collision on KY 181 in Greenville, KY

Greenville, KY (Muhlenberg County) - David Kvatek age 52 of Hartsville, TN was operating a 2006 Sterling truck southbound on KY 181. The truck was hauling cooking oil. As the vehicle was traveling southbound, Mr. Kvatek lost control. The truck exited off the right shoulder of the roadway and overturned causing numerous containers of cooking oil to spill in the ditch. KY 181 south of Greenville was closed for several hours while the cleanup was performed. There were no injuries reported. Mr. Kvatek was wearing a seatbelt. Tpr. Timmy Jewell investigated the crash that occurred on October 24, 2007 at 9:15 p.m. Tpr. Brandon McPherson and the Greenville Fire Department assisted at the scene.
