Drug Arrest in St. Charles, KY
Date of News Release: 10/24/2007
St. Charles, KY (Hopkins County) - On Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at approximately 11:00 a.m., units from the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville and officers from Probation and Parole arrived at a residence located on Railroad Street in the limits of St. Charles to attempt to locate a Bill M. Woodruff Jr. age 33 of St. Charles, KY on outstanding warrants. Mr. Woodruff was located at the residence. On his person, officers discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, needles and a knife. Also located at the residence were anhydrous ammonia and lithium batteries. Mr. Woodruff was arrested and charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia w/ Intent to Manufacture Meth
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense-Meth
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense
- Possession of Meth Precursors
- Carrying A Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Warrant Served for other Agency-Theft of Anhydrous
He was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
