Injury Collison on US 41 in Hopkins County

(Hopkins County) - Mrs. Joyce Stanley was stopped at the intersection of US 41 facing north attempting to make a left turn onto E. Walnut. Mrs. Helen Hulsey, who was also traveling northbound on US 41, was unable to get her vehicle stopped. She made contact with the rear bumper of Mrs. Stanley's pickup causing the pickup to travel sixteen feet forward of where it was stopped. Mrs. Hulsey was uninjured and Mrs. Stanley was transported by Medical Center Ambulance to Regional Medical Center for injuries sustained as a result of the collision.
