Injury Collision on KY189 in Muhlenberg County

Date of News Release: 10/17/2007

(Muhlenberg County) - Ray Davis was operating a 2002 Advantage Concrete Truck southbound on KY189. For an undetermined reason, the vehicle dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Davis was unable to regain control and the vehicle exited the roadway. The vehicle came to final rest on its side. Mr. Davis was transported to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville TN by Air Evac for treatment of injuries sustained in the collision.
