Injury Collision on Huffmans Mill Road in Christian County

Date of News Release: 10/14/2007

(Christian County) - Mrs. Roberta E. Dassow was leaving a residence on Huffmans Mill Road. Mrs. Dassow turned left to go eastbound out of the driveway. She stated that she looked both ways, twice, before pulling out onto the roadway seeing no traffic coming. Mrs. Dina K. Stitt was also eastbound, coming around a small curve. Mrs. Stitt's vehicle struck Mrs. Dassow's vehicle in the right center, forcing Mrs. Dassow's vehicle off the left side of the roadway into a tree. Mrs. Dassow and her passenger (Rhonda Dassow) were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for their injuries. Mrs. Stitt and her passenger (Mary E. Stitt) were not injured.
