Fatal Crash on Western KY Parkway in Muhlenberg

(Muhlenberg County) - Bonnie Miller was operating a 2000 Freightliner Dump Truck, loaded with gravel, eastbound on the Western KY Parkway. Witnesses stated that the passenger side front tire on the vehicle failed causing Miller to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle exited the roadway and overturned. Mr. Miller was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner's Office. The Kentucky State Police were assisted at the scene by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement, Muhlenberg Co Coroner's Office, Muhlenberg County EMS, and Central City Fire Dept. Mr. Miller was not wearing a seatbelt.
