Injury Crash Involving DUI

Sharon Grove, KY (Todd County) - Gary Beadnell age 47 of Lewisburg, KY was operating a 2002 Ford F150 pickup truck westbound on Antioch Church Road when he lost control of his vehicle in a curve. The vehicle exited off the left side of the roadway and traveled into a ditch. The vehicle overturned ejecting Mr. Beadnell. The truck came to rest upright in the ditch. Mr. Beadnell was transported by ambulance to Logan Memorial Hospital for treatment. He was charged with DUI 1st Offense and cited to court due to his injuries. Mr. Beadnell was not wearing a seatbelt. Tpr. Jerry Knight investigated the crash that occurred on July 15, 2007 at 3:10 p.m. The Sharon Grove Fire Department and Todd County EMS assisted at the scene.
