Anhydrous Ammonia Arrest in Central City, KY

Central City, KY (Muhlenberg County) - On Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at approximately 9:48 p.m., Tpr. Timmy Jewell responded to a complaint of a suspicious male walking down Stringtown Road. Tpr. Jewell made contact with a Jason L. Wilson age 28 of Central City, KY on Stringtown Road. Mr. Wilson was carrying a gas can that contained anhydrous ammonia. When Mr. Wilson saw Tpr. Jewell's cruiser, he tossed the gas can in a ditch. He was arrested without incident and charged with the following offenses:
- Anhydrous Ammonia not in Proper Container
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
- Public Intoxication
He was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Jail.
