Injury Crash on US 60 in Crittenden County

Date of News Release: 05/14/2007

Crittenden County - Christopher S. Ellis age 23 of Salem, KY was operating a 2005 Toyota Corolla eastbound on US 60 West when the vehicle veered off the right side of the roadway. Mr. Ellis overcorrected, causing the vehicle to overturn. The vehicle came to rest upside down on the left side of the roadway. Mr. Ellis was transported by ambulance to the Livingston County Hospital for treatment. He was then flown by Life Flight to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, IN. Mr. Ellis was wearing a seatbelt. Tpr. Matthew Foster investigated the crash that occurred on May 12, 2007 at 4:39 p.m. Crittenden County Fire & Rescue and Crittenden County EMS assisted at the scene.
