Injury Crash on KY 175 in Muhlenberg County

Muhlenberg County - Erica Dame age 18 of Beech Grove, KY was operating a 2006 Ford Mustang on KY 175 at an apparent high rate of speed and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle exited off the right shoulder of the roadway and overturned coming to rest in a ditch. Ms. Dame and her passenger, Brain Case of Bremen, KY, were transported by ambulance to the Regional Medical Center for treatment of multiple injuries. Ms. Dame was charged with driving under the influence and no insurance. She was cited to court due to her injuries. Ms. Dame was wearing a seatbelt. It is not known if Mr. Case was wearing a seatbelt. Tpr. Timmy Jewell is investigating the crash that occurred on February 21, 2007 at 8:40 p.m. Tpr. Lloyd Ray, the Bremen Volunteer Fire Department and Muhlenberg County EMS assisted at the scene.
