Fatal DUI Collision on Central Road in Graves County

(Mayfield, KY.) - On 10-24-07 at 3:45PM, Kentucky State Police 911 Center received a call of a two vehicle collision on Central Road, 2.5 miles South of Mayfield. The initial investigation revealed a vehicle driven by Robbie M. Terry, 78 of Mayfield, was traveling South on Central Road and a vehicle driven by Michelle F. Wilson, 39 of Mayfield, was traveling North on Central Road. A front end collison occurred when Ms. Terry was attemping to make a left turn in to a driveway and failed to see Ms. Wilson vehicle approaching. James Edward Wray, an un-restrained backseat passenger in Wilson's vehicle died on impact and was pronounced dead at the scene by Graves County Coroner Phillip McClain. Robbie Terry and Cassie Wooley and Donald Lunsford were seriousley injured and was transported by EMS to Jackson Purchase Medical Center. Chase Wooley was taken by private vehicle to Jackson Purchase Medical Center were he was treated for minor injuries. Michelle Wilson was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center were she was treated for a shoulder injury and released. Ms. Wilson was charged with DUI 1st Offense and lodged in the Graves County Dentention Center. The investigation is continuing.
