Drug Arrest on I-24 in Trigg County

Date of News Release: 07/13/2007

(Trigg County) - Trooper T.J. Williams and Trooper David Archer were working criminal patrol on I-24 in Trigg County. Trooper Williams stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation and during the roadside interview with the female driver, indicators of criminal activity were present from both the female driver and the male passenger.

Trooper Williams received consent to search the vehicle. Trooper David Archer and his K-9 assisted in the search. Located in the search were ½ gram of methamphetamine, 19 Lortabs in a clear plastic bag, 1 methadone pill and various items of drug paraphernalia.

Amy Tabor was arrested and charged with Possession controlled substance 1st meth, possession of drug paraphernalia 1st, 2 counts possession of controlled substance 2nd, controlled substance not in prescription container 1st.

Dylan Winn was also arrested and charged with Possession of controlled substance 1st meth.

Both were lodged in Trigg County Jail.
