Wanton Endangerment 1st Investigation and Arrest in Graves County

(Mayfield, KY) - After receiving an anonymous tip from a motorist, Kentucky State Police dispatchers advised Tpr. Nall of a possible impaired driver traveling northbound on US 45 approaching KY 2194. While Tpr. Nall was enroute , the suspect vehicle turned westbound on KY 2194. Tpr. Nall and Lt. Brent White caught up to the vehicle approximately 2 miles west of US 45 on KY 2194. Officers initiated a traffic stop when they observed the vehicle traveling westbound in the eastbbound lane of travel. During the traffic stop, Tpr. Nall detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on the operator. The operator had two juveniles in the vehicle with him at the time of the stop. After further investigation ,Tpr. Nall placed Mr. Walter Mojsejenko Jr., under arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol Aggravated Circumstances 1st offense, Two counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, and several other traffic charges. Mr. Mojsejenko was lodged in the Graves County jail.
