Possession of Controlled Substance 1st -Methamphetamine Arrest

(Livingston County) - On 3/14/2007, Kentucky State Police Trooper TJ Williams was assisting Kentucky Probation and Parole Officers with serving a warrant on Marrisa D. Story, 26 of Grand Rivers. When officers arrived, a van in the driveway was occupied by Marissa D. Story, Joshua D. Topper and Heath A. Wiederin. Upon searching the subjects, officers found over 8 ounces of methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia. All three subjects were arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. They were lodged in the McCracken County Jail. The investigation is continuing by Trooper TJ Williams and Probation and Parole Officers.
