(Graves County, KY) - On February 4, 2007, at 10:15AM, Kentucky State Police dispatch received a 911 call of a collision at the intersection of KY. 303 and Poyner's Chapel Road, north of Cuba. Witnesses stated a vehicle had overturned and the driver was attempting to flee the scene. Upon arrival at the scene, Trooper Kyle Nall spoke with witnesses who stated the driver of the crash vehicle, Valentin Garcia, had just been picked up from the scene and left in a black SUV traveling south on KY. 303.
