Criminal Arrest in Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in Henderson County

(Henderson, KY) - An ongoing narcotics investigation lead to a search of a residence located inside the city limits of Henderson. The search resulted in the seizure of several grams of methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana and numerous items of drug paraphernalia. A search warrant was obtained and served which resulted in the arrests of Joshua J. Sager, Jeremy L. Sager and Carole A. Rigdon. All three individuals were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st methamhetamine, possession of marijuana under 8 oz, and possession of drug paraphernalia 1st and lodged in the Henderson County Jail. The Henderson City Police Department assisted the Kentucky State Police with the investigation.
