Fleeing/Evading 1st Degree Pursuit and Arrest

(Henderson, KY) - Post 16 Henderson got into a vehicular pursuit that originated in Ohio County of a subject that was wanted for three felony warrants. The pursuit proceeded into Butler County where the subject was taken into custody without incident. Charlie Dorris was lodged in the Ohio County Jail and charged with Fleeing/Evading 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Terroristic Threatening, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License, Speeding, Disregarding a Traffic Control Device, Disregarding a Stop Sign, No Insurance, No Registration Plates, Persistent Felony Offender 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Offense, and Failure to Pay Fines.
The Kentucky State Police was assisted by the Ohio County Sheriffs Office, Butler County Sheriffs Office, and the Kentucky State Police Post 3-Bowling Green. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
