Criminal Arrest in Union County

(Henderson, KY) - Trooper Wise observed John K. Kirk, operating a 1997 Chrysler, driving at a high rate speed entering the city limits of Uniontown. Trooper Wise attempted to stop Mr. Kirk who continued travelling through Uniontown at a high rate of speed. Mr. Kirk then attempted to make a left turn onto Mulberry Street where he lost control of his vehicle and ran into his own home/trailer. He was charged with Fleeing and Evading and Operating a motor vehicle under the influence 3rd degree-aggravated. He was lodged in the Union County Jail.
