Rape 1st Investigation in Ohio County

Date of News Release: 08/18/2007

(Henderson, KY) - Mr. Randy Williams Jr was arrested in connection with a rape of a 13 year old minor that lived in his home. Mr. Randy Williams Jr age 35 was lodged into the Ohio County Jail.
