DUI Arrest on US 41 in Henderson County

(Henderson, KY) - Robert K. Pfister was southbound on US 41 in the Twin Bridges construction zone operating a 1992 GMC pickup when Troopers observed Mr. Pfister driving in a closed lane and weaving through construction barrels in front of southbound traffic. Troopers stopped Mr. Pfister and smelled a strong odor of beer. Mr. Pfister was given Field Sobriety Tests and failed each test.

Mr. Pfister was placed under arrest and was transported to Henderson Methodist Hospital for toxicology tests, the results of those tests are pending.
