Injury Crash on Hwy 1207 in Daviess County

(Henderson, KY) - Bernard W. Hamilton operating a 2006 Chevrolet Cavalier northbound on Hwy 1207 stopped at the hill on Hwy 1207. Mr. Hamilton advised there was a black suburban southbound in his lane of traffic. He swerved to avoid the suburban and went off the shoulder on the right side of the roadway. Mr. Hamilton then over corrrected coming back onto the roadway crossing both lanes and striking an earth embankment. Mr. Hamilton was uninjured the passenger (Kaitlyn Gore) was taken by ambulance to Owensboro Mercy.
