Burglary & Assault Arrest in Union County

(Henderson, KY) - Casey D. Certain & Tristan S. Wright broke into a residence on Road 9, Whispering Meadows with the intent to commit a crime. While inside the residence, the subjects assaulted a 17 year old male juvenile. Police received a 911 call from a relative and upon arriving found the victim and that the subjects had fled the scene. One perpetrator was later located at a residence on Road 12 in Whispering Meadows. The 2nd perpetrator was contacted by phone and he returned to the scene and surrendered to police. The juvenile was taken to the Union County Emergency Room where he was treated for minor injuries and released.

Both Casey D. Certain & Tristan S. Wright were arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Assault 4th and lodged in the Union County Jail.
