Drug Arrest in Adair County
Date of News Release: 07/26/07
(Columbia, KY) - On July 25, 2007, around 14:58, Trooper Burton arrested Rand Duncan W/M, age 66, five miles south of Columbia on the Old Johnson Road and charged him with cultivating marijuana, over 5 plants, second offense. Mr. Duncan was lodged in the Adair County Jail.
