Criminal Arrest in Monroe County

(Columbia, KY) - On 6-7-07 around 6:30pm Trooper Dubree served a Monroe County indictment warrant on Tammy Starks BF age 36 of Tompkinsville and Michael Graves WM age 20 of Tompkinsville. Both where charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Graves was also charged with Complicity to Commit Criminal Abuse and Ms. Starks was charged with Criminal Abuse.

These charges are in reference to the abuse case that was dismissed by the Monroe County attorney last month. Both were lodged in the Monroe County Jail.
