Injury Crash on KY 49 in Casey County

(Columbia, KY) - Tyler Sidwell age 21 of Liberty was traveling north on KY 49. Holly Coffman age 41 of Liberty was traveling south on KY 49. Mr. Sidwell's vehicle crossed the center line and struck Ms. Coffman's vehicle.

Tyler Sidwell was wearing his seatbelt and was transported to the Casey County Hospital. Holly Coffman was also wearing her seatbelt and was flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
