Sodomy Arrest in Boyd County

(Ashland, KY) - Kentucky State Police in Ashland have arrested a Boyd County resident following an investigation by the Kentucky State Police. Trooper Shane Goodall arrested Robert R. Davis age 39 of Rush, KY without incident, at his residence on the charge of Sodomy 1st and Sodomy 3rd. The charges were a result of a lengthy investigation after the victim (juvenile during initial offense and adult during later offenses) reported the incidents to the Kentucky State Police. The case was presented to the Boyd County grand jury, which led to the indictment.
