Escapee from the Transitions Inc in Ashland KY

(Ashland, KY) - Kentucky State Police in Ashland was notified on 10/18/2007 of an escapee from the Transitions Inc (half-way) House in Ashland KY. Subject apparently walked away from Transitions without consent or knowledge of the workers. Subject is Elihue Mullins, w/m, 30 years of age, with blue eyes and brown hair. Mr. Mullins was wearing blue-jeans, white t-shirt, and brown boots when he escaped. Mr. Mullins also has a tattoo on his left arm "elihue" with a skull. Mr. Mullins was lodged on Drug and Theft charges. His destination is unknown but he has family in Ashland and Powell County, Kentucky.
