Infant Death Investigation in Lawrence County

(Ashland, KY) - Kentucky State Police in Ashland are investigating the death of a 7 week old infant yesterday morning, located at a residence on Salisbury Road in Fallsburg, KY. The infant was found unresponsive during the early morning hours of 9-25-07. The infant was taken to Three Rivers Hospital in Louisa, KY where she was pronounced dead. The infant was taken to the State Medical Examiner's office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death (results pending).
