December Monthly Activity From Post 14
During the month of December 2006, there were 48 motor vehicle collisions investigated by State Police working out of the Ashland Post in the four counties of Boyd, Greenup, Carter, and Lawrence.
During December of 2006 there was 1 fatality in the Post 14, which occurred in Lawrence County compared to 3 in December 2005 which area occurred in Lawrence (2) and Greenup (1). Statewide fatalities stand at 907 compared to 985 for the same time period in 2005
