Franklin County Escapee's Arrested

(Frankfort, KY) - On October 19, 2007, 2:39 AM the Kentucky State Police Post 9 Pikeville arrested the Franklin County Career Development Center escapee's John Casey and Joey Collins.

The Pikeville Post received information that the escapee's were at a residence on Middle Branch Road in McDowell, KY.

Escapee Joey Collins was arrested on the porch. Escapee John Casey fled on foot into the residence and was later located armed with a handgun. Both subjects were taken into custody without further incident.

(Frankfort, KY) - Two men escaped from Frankfort Career Development Center on October 13th at around 2000 hrs.

Investigation is ongoing at this time.
