Death Investigation in Floyd County, KY

Date of News Release: 04/03/2006

(Pikeville, KY) - On April 1, 2006 at approximately 2:17 PM Kentucky State Police Post 9- Pikeville received a call in regards to human remains being found off of a strip mine road on Big Branch in the Harold Community of Floyd County.

The remains were of a black female that fits the description of a missing person which was reported on March 30, 2006. Although at this time a positive identification has not been made of the remains.

Margaret Hall, 56 years of age, Tram, KY was reported missing on March 30, 2006. She was last seen on March 18.
